Position:
Mental Health Clinician / Vocational Coach (Full-Time)
Location:
Seattle office (Eastlake Ave E) + hybrid work across
King County Schedule:
Flexible hours, typically Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM•5:00
PM Compensation:
$90,000•105,000/year, depending on experience

What You'll Do As a Vocational Coach at redpoint, you'll work one-on-one with clients in a variety of settings — at our Seattle office, in their homes, in the community, or via Telehealth. You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team supporting clients in: Exploring and achieving vocational and educational goals Building life and job-readiness skills Navigating mental and behavioral health challenges Strengthening communication, self-expression, and independence
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Providing individualized coaching and support tailored to each client's vocational and life goals Assisting with job exploration, applications, interviews, and workplace success Supporting clients with advocacy, benefits navigation, and personal development Collaborating with providers, employers, and family members as needed Maintaining accurate documentation and handling confidential information with care
What We're Looking For:
Licensed professional in social services or a related field (LICSW, LMHC, LMHP, LMFT) 5+ years of experience in healthcare, social services, or vocational support Strong knowledge of community resources, including employment and benefits programs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation and a valid WA State Driver's License Experience working with young adults and adults (preferred)
