Job Description

Ready to inspire healthy living? Join our team as a Wellness Coach at the brand-new Schultz Family YMCA in Watertown! If you love connecting with people and creating positive experiences, this role is for you. As a Wellness Coach, you'll be on the wellness floor helping members feel confident, safe, and excited about their health journey.
What You'll Do:
Welcome and guide members in the proper, safe use of all Wellness Center equipment, including EGYM, Matrix strength, and free weights. Lead energizing, fun, and educational group or individual appointments. Keep our space clean, safe, and inviting for everyone.
Schedule:
Flexible hours, approximately 10-15 per week .
Position Qualifications:
Experience training, coaching or leading group fitness is preferred. Certifications that must be obtained and maintained within first 90 days: CPR, AED, First Aid, YMCA Foundations of Strength & Conditioning (if not a certified PT), Child Abuse Prevention, Blood borne Pathogens, Hazard Communication. Willingness to attend meetings, training, and obtain additional certification as requested.
