We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Surrogate Intake Manager/Marketer to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential surrogates, guiding them through the initial stages of the application process. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that surrogates feel supported and informed as they begin their journey with us.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct initial screenings and interviews with potential surrogate applicants to assess their suitability. Provide detailed information about the surrogacy process, answering any questions and addressing concerns. Maintain and update applicant records in our database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Work closely with our medical and psychological assessment teams to coordinate applicant evaluations. Foster strong relationships with applicants, providing support and guidance throughout the intake process. Collaborate with the surrogacy team to match surrogates with intended parents. Participate in the development and refinement of intake protocols and procedures.
