In this role, you will provide leadership, support, guidance, and direction to the Printing and Bindery team. The candidate must possess superior leadership skills, and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staffs, directors, managers, and supervisors. As the Lead Reprographics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in processing high priority, and high-quality jobs for Senate Offices, Committees, and Support Operations. Your responsibilities will include oversight, leading, and managing a Printing and Bindery team, ensuring the workload is distributed evenly and completed to the highest standards for proficiency and accuracy. The duties of a team leader include setting goals, assigning tasks, providing direction, coaching the team members and resolving conflicts. You will act as a liaison between the team and upper management to ensure a timely task completion, while identifying potential challenges and risks and solve problems efficiently and quickly. You must have the ability to lead effectively, plan, coordinate, assign, direct and evaluate the work of professional staff.
