Team Lead Post Closing
POSITION PURPOSE
Lead the employees in the Post Closing group and manage service delivery or respective clients managed Ideal Candidate- Experience in Closing / Funding processes, working in a title company as a closer/closing co coordinator, Document recording, Worked in a lender space in funding and or post-closing/document management/Mail room
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and lead a group of Associates to meet all SLA's relative to any and all functions for the respective Department/Processes assigned Maintain daily, weekly and monthly production reports. Coordinate activities of the department with the Supervisor to include work flow monitoring, process improvement, training, reporting and special projects. Spearhead all client daily/weekly/Monthly calls including preparing dashboards and decks, Minutes of the meetings Create and Maintain Standard operating procedure documentation for all processes managed including periodic updates Provide recommendations for strategies and process improvements to add value to teams and clients Coordinate with other internal support teams including offshore counter parts to ensure seamless production by the operations team. Maintain all pre-defined client SLAs. Optimum utilization of resources. Track all team's performance to fix gaps including Attendance Maintain the security, confidentiality, integrity and availability of information stored in the SOURCEPOINT's computer networks and data communications infrastructure. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor's Degree. Equivalent experience may be substituted.
Job Related Experience:
A minimum of 1 years' experience in the mortgage or Title industry. Optional for internal candidates- With at-least 1 plus year of Team lead/supervisory experience, to maintain an in-depth understanding of the organization and business and handle problems and issues that arise, and solve problems without precedents or guidelines; makes decisions to take planned actions within approved policy to determine allocation of company resources.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit/stand for extended periods of time. Ability to use computer keyboard and view monitor for extended periods of time. Ability to handle physical documents and also carrying documents up to 25 to 30 LBs. Position is to work out of Palm bay office full time Apply now
