Full Job Description Scope of Work:
Evaluation Strategy and Design:
Develop and implement comprehensive evaluation strategies for programs and initiatives. Design evaluation frameworks, including logic models, theories of change, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify innovative ways to drive better outcomes faster and more effectively by using statistical techniques for hypothesis testing to validate data and interpret results.
Data Management and Analysis:
Oversee the collection, storage, and management of data related to program or project performance. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business and program decisions and recommend and implement solutions to optimize processes across the organization. Gather, analyze, and interpret complex and large relational based datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks within the behavioral health industry. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate data insights to stakeholders. Develop and maintain data models to support forecasting and predictive analytics, helping Cove anticipate future trends, outcomes, and available markets. Analyze data to assist Cove in determining patient populations to focus on, focus areas for marketing, and areas for improvement.
Reporting and Communication:
Prepare detailed evaluation reports that summarize findings, conclusions, and actionable recommendations in clear, concise, and visually appealing manner for stakeholders at various levels of Cove. Present evaluation results to program teams, senior leadership, and external stakeholders. Communicate complex data insights in a clear and understandable manner to non-technical audiences.
Program Improvement and Support:
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance program effectiveness and impact. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and translate data insights into actionable strategies, enabling Cove to optimize operations, enhance patient care, achieve organizational goals, and address population health. Monitor the ongoing performance of programs and grants and make real-time adjustments to evaluation strategies as needed.
Team Management and Leadership:
Supervise a team of data analysts and evaluators. Provide guidance and training to staff on evaluation methodologies, data analysis techniques, and reporting.
