LifeSpring is seeking a Quality Management Specialist. This position is responsible for assisting the Senior Vice President of Performance Improvement with the implementation of initiatives that promote a culture of continuous quality improvement and risk management across LifeSpring Health Systems. Responsibilities are varied, but include assisting with the accreditation processes, reviewing and managing incident reports, agency insurance applications, management of agency subpoenas and court orders, and maintaining all records involving staff productivity, patient wait times, etc.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Business or Public Health Related field preferred. Minimum of two years of healthcare clinical and administrative experience. Strong analytical, problem solving, and data management skills required. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required. Must be proficient in the use of the Google platform (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.). Candidates must pass required background checks including county/state checks, CPS check, and sex offender registry check.
