What You'll Do:
Conduct compliance audits and Tracers related to performance improvement activities and process for the agency. Collaborate with programs to ensure the organization adheres to rules and regulations and meets or exceeds quality standards. Support programs in management of investigations, incidents, grievances and routine reviews. Participate in survey, audit, and Joint Commission accreditation activities, including lead roles and account assignments as applicable. Serve on or leads internal committees and represents the agency on community committees as assigned. Manage data and information related to compliance and performance improvement. Requires approximately 25% travel. A full job description can be provided to interested/qualified candidates. Bachelor's Degree Preferred Must be able to effectively present information to management and public groups Proficiency in MS Office applications Must have a valid Drivers License
