Admin on Call Southern Pines, NC 28387 Up to $65 a day - Part-time Up to $65 a day - Part-time The position would begin part-time but has the potential to be more if desired. Seeking someone to answer calls after hours for a Home Care Company. Weekday, weekend, and Holiday availability is required but rotating among a team of 4 people. It is the perfect part-time role that has a great deal of autonomy and flexibility.

Schedule:

On-call , 5p-8a on Weekdays and 24hour period on weekends 8a-8a.

Responsibilities include but not limited to Answering all after hours calls Assisting and retrieving information for referrals (potential clients and new hires) Responding to late alerts received after hours Handling all call outs and scheduling concerns received after hours Notating all shifts accordingly and communicating with other admin staff need-to-know information Directing all emergency situations occurring after hours Communicating with Nurse On Call Familiarizing self with new clients and employees Staying up to date with daily summaries provided by office managers •Must have Caregiving
