What You'll Do:

Oversee health information and medical records systems Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and HIPAA standards Maintain accurate and secure resident records Audit documentation for accuracy and completion Collaborate with care teams to support resident services Support electronic medical record processes and reporting

What You'll Need:

2+ years of HIM or medical records experience preferred Strong organizational and leadership skills Ability to read, write, and speak English Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Benefits Available to
