- Job Summary and Qualifications
- As an Obstetric Surgical Technologist at HCA Healthcare, you'll be a valued member of a highly collaborative team that is passionate about delivering newborns safely and with the highest standards of care, while honoring each professional's skills and expertise in obstetrics and surgery.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- + Preparing the surgical suite and organizing instruments, equipment, and supplies to support safe, efficient procedures + Assisting with patient positioning, prepping, and draping while maintaining comfort, privacy, and safety + Providing instruments, equipment, and hands-on support to the surgical team during obstetric procedures + Maintaining a sterile field, performing counts, and ensuring instruments and equipment function properly + Working closely with the surgical team to deliver patient-centered care and a seamless surgical experience •What qualifications you will need:•+ •Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 7 days of employment start date•+ •Neonatal Resuscitation Program must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date•+ •No Travel Required•+ •No experience Required Years of Experience•Benefits•Alaska Regional Hospital, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
