Position Summary The Clinical Support Specialist / Physiotherapy Technician plays a key role in delivering exceptional patient care and supporting day-to-day clinic operations. This position will primarily assist with physiotherapy treatments and patient care activities while also providing support across Craft Concierge Medicine, and Accident Care Center services as needed. The ideal candidate is personable, dependable, highly organized, and flexible. They enjoy interacting with patients, maintaining an efficient clinic environment, and stepping in wherever needed to support the team. Candidates with Phlebotomy certification are strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Provide physiotherapy treatments and passive therapies as directed, including electrical stimulation, ultrasound, traction, soft tissue therapies, and other prescribed modalities. Assist providers with patient care activities and clinical procedures. Obtain and document patient histories, treatment responses, and other information within the EMR. Support patient flow, room preparation, and clinic operations to ensure an exceptional patient experience. Perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, and basic clinical support functions when qualified. Assist with patient intake, vital signs, and clinical documentation support when needed. Help support services across Craft Concierge Medicine, and Accident Care Center as patient volumes and business needs require. Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, supplies, and inventory. Perform cleaning, laundry, stocking, and general clinic organization duties. Promote patient compliance with treatment plans through positive encouragement and education. Communicate patient concerns, progress, and observations to providers and clinic leadership. Represent Craft Health Group professionally and positively in all patient and team interactions. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred. Experience in physiotherapy, physical therapy, athletic training, rehabilitation, sports medicine, chiropractic, massage therapy, medical assisting, or a related healthcare field preferred. Phlebotomy certification preferred. CPR/BLS certification preferred. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and adapt in a growing, fast-paced healthcare environment. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and assist patients throughout the workday.
