Acute Care Hospital Job Summary "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced OB Technician to support Labor & Delivery and Women's Services teams in a fast-paced acute care hospital setting. The OB Technician will assist nurses and physicians during obstetric procedures, maintain patient care areas, prepare equipment and supplies, and help ensure safe and efficient patient care throughout the labor and delivery process. Key Responsibilities Assist physicians and nursing staff during labor, delivery, and postpartum procedures. Prepare and maintain labor and delivery rooms, equipment, and supplies. Set up sterile fields and assist with procedures as directed. Support patient transport and positioning. Monitor and stock medical supplies and equipment. Ensure proper cleaning and turnover of patient rooms and procedure areas. Assist with specimen collection and transportation. Document patient care activities according to facility policies. Follow infection control and patient safety guidelines. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support quality patient care. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of OB Technician experience . Current BLS Certification . Experience in Labor & Delivery or Women's Health setting preferred. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Experience with Epic EMR preferred. For more details reach at
