Limited-term appointments may be extended up to 24 months or may become permanent. You must have taken and passed the Supervising Case Records Technician examination, be a current state employee with lateral transfer eligibility, or have reinstatement eligibility to apply. Recruitment and Retention Pay:
The Supervising Case Records Technician classification is eligible for annual recruitment and retention pay, which is $2,400. CDCR employees are encouraged to use their existing CDCR email address on their application.
