Position Overview The Biohacking Technician is an energetic, health-minded professional who thrives in a relationship-driven environment. This role blends client experience, education, membership sales, accountability coaching, and community building . You will be the face of Upgrade Labs—welcoming clients, running them on our tech, helping them understand the "why" behind our protocols, and guiding them into memberships that support their long-term goals. Your success is measured by personal membership acquisition and retention , and bonuses are tied to your ability to: Build strong member relationships Keep clients accountable to sessions and progress Support them in reaching their health and performance goals This position is ideal for someone who is: ✔ Physically active ✔ Passionate about longevity and performance ✔ Adaptable and coachable ✔ A natural connector who loves helping people ✔ Excited to grow with a high-performing team Key Responsibilities Serve as the warm, welcoming first point of contact for members and walk-ins Build strong relationships and help members stay consistent with their upgrade protocols Guide new clients through the facility and deliver impactful, educational tours Educate clients on the purpose and benefits of each technology, including: Red Light Therapy for recovery, inflammation reduction, and cellular performance Whole-body Cryotherapy for energy, mood, and resilience PEMF Therapy for cellular repair and enhanced recovery Compression Therapy for lymphatic flushing and circulation AI-Driven Strength & Cardio Systems for rapid adaptation and measurable progress Run clients safely through all services while ensuring proper setup and operation Track member sessions, usage, and progress in the scheduling and performance system Maintain a clean, organized, high-vibe environment consistent with the Upgrade Labs aesthetic Sales & Membership Growth Present membership options with confidence and authenticity Drive new membership sign-ups through relationship-based selling Help clients understand the long-term value of a consistent upgrade protocol Manage POS transactions for memberships, supplements, and coffee sales Participate in a bonus system tied to personal membership acquisition and retention Cultivate a loyal member community where clients feel supported and connected Operations & Technology Excellence Keep all technologies including cryotherapy, red light stations, PEMF mats, compression systems, and AI-enabled fitness devices in safe, optimal working condition Complete opening/closing tasks and daily facility checks Use CRM, scheduling, and performance-tracking systems efficiently Handle membership inquiries, appointments, and billing with accuracy Community Outreach & Growth Actively build partnerships with local wellness businesses, fitness studios, and health professionals Attend community events, wellness expos, and neighborhood outreaches to grow awareness Represent Upgrade Labs with enthusiasm, confidence, and deep passion for the mission Qualifications Sales or customer-facing experience required (fitness, retail, hospitality, or membership sales preferred) Physically active and able to stand/move 8-10 hours per day Passion for longevity, performance, health, and biohacking —you walk the walk Quick learner with a love for technology and scientific concepts Highly adaptable and open to continuous feedback Friendly, outgoing, and confident communicator Intermediate computer skills; CRM experience a plus Team-oriented and collaborative Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs Some weekend days required Open hours are M-F 7am-7pm, Sat 9am-6pm, Sunday 10am-4pm This Role Is Perfect For You If… You love connecting with people and building community You have conviction for wellness and long-term health You enjoy educating others about innovative technologies You thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments You want to grow with a first-of-its-kind performance center You want to be on a winning team that supports each other's success Final Note This job description reflects the key functions of the role but is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities.
