Job Description

Overview of Position Apply tree and shrub treatments, including: Fertilization Insect and disease control applications Soil injections and soil drenches Trunk injections Plant growth regulator applications Diagnose common insect, disease, and environmental issues affecting trees and shrubs. Identify a variety of tree and shrub species. Mix and apply products according to label directions and company standards. Operate spray equipment, injection equipment, and company vehicles safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate treatment records and complete required documentation. Communicate professionally with clients regarding services performed and recommendations. Inspect and maintain equipment and vehicles. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Requirements Previous Plant Health Care experience is required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to obtain and maintain a Colorado Qualified Supervisor or Certified Operator pesticide license. Working knowledge of tree and shrub identification. Ability to diagnose common pest and disease issues. Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities. Ability to lift 50 pounds and work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. Preferred Qualifications Colorado Qualified Supervisor or Certified Operator license. ISA Certified Arborist credential.
Pay:
$24.00 - $28.00 per hour
