Job Description
Plant Health Care Technician (PHC Tech) COVA Tree is looking for a Plant Health Care Technician to join our team. This role focuses on applying treatments, supporting plant health, and delivering a high level of service to our clients. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in your work, and want to build a career in arboriculture, this is a great opportunity to grow with a company that values both people and the trees we care for. What You'll Do Apply plant health care treatments such as sprays, watering, fertilization, soil injections, and trunk injections Monitor tree and plant health conditions Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner Follow all safety procedures when handling chemicals and equipment Maintain and operate equipment and vehicles Stay on schedule and complete daily routes efficiently Mix and apply pesticides in accordance with product labels and industry standards What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions Ability to work independently and stay organized Good communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license (required) Experience in plant health care, landscaping, or tree care is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.
