Job DescriptionPersonal Care Aides (PCAs) provide compassionate, extraordinary, personal hands-on care where each resident's health and well-being is of ultimate importance. Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in shift reports and review resident care plans to understand daily needsConduct regular rounds and assist residents with morning routinesProvide general personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene supportAssist residents with mobility, daily activities, and use of personal devicesEncourage resident engagement in activities, social events, and diningSupport residents with communication needs, such as phone use or simple correspondenceMaintain clean, organized resident living spaces and complete personal and household laundryMonitor and restock personal care suppliesAssist residents with shopping, organizing personal items, and making purchases respectfullyHelp maintain a safe environment, including basic upkeep of furniture and equipmentPerform additional duties as assigned
QualificationsExperience:
• Six months to one-year related experience or training Specific business experience with older adults or in the retirement housing industry preferred.
Education:
