Patient Care Technician - Alliant Specialty Acute Care - Days

Summary:

Provides direct patient care under the direction and supervision of an RN or LPN.

Required Certification:

Basic Life Support from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or Military Training Network.

Minimum Qualifications:

You may qualify for the position through one of the following ways: 6 months acute care experience as a PCT in a hospital setting 1-year Skilled Nursing Facility experience as a patient caregiver Completion of Nursing Fundamentals from an RN or LPN program Completion of a BayCare approved Nurse Assistant/PCT program-that includes a program with a minimum of 40 hours hands-on patient care experience outside of a lab setting

Education :

Minimum of a high school diploma or GED; may also qualify with a

Certificate of Completion Facility:
