We are seeking a part-time team members to join our compassionate, supportive team! Starting rate of pay $17.00 per hour. Available shift is 3 pm to 11 pm. What You'll Do:

Be a daily touchpoint of encouragement for residents living with mental health challenges. Support residents with light activities of daily living—no heavy lifting, no sterile hospital feel. Help coordinate appointments, medication schedules, and promote involvement in community life.

At least one-year experience working in a care provider setting is preferred. At least one-year experience working with adults with severe and persistent mental illness is preferred. Demonstrates proficiency in verbal and written skills. Must be able to work with diverse groups and individuals. Must successfully complete all criminal background screens and remain eligible.

Must be able to utilize company email and demonstrate proficient computer skills. Must be able to utilize electronic health records. Must complete all required training and keep training current, including CPR, AED, First Aid and Medication Technician. Good Moral Character. Must have a negative TB screening within 30 days of hire and annually thereafter. Must obtain a free from communicable disease statement within 30 days of hire. Must pass a drug screen and follow drug-free workplace policy.
