For more information, visit www.jobs.premisehealth.com. As a Full Time Care Tech, you'll provide care to client employees in our Health Center located in Atlanta, GA. The scheduled hours are Three 12-hour shifts 7a-7p, one week and four 12-hour shifts the next, with opportunities to cluster days together for extended time off, rotating weekend coverage Full-time rotating schedule with three 12-hour shifts one week and four 12-hour shifts the next (7:00 AM-7:00 PM), plus opportunities to cluster shifts together for extended time off. Rotating weekend coverage required. Ideal for Care Tech who enjoy administrative work , offering minimal hands-on clinical responsibilities and valuable exposure to Occupational Health in an airport setting. Collaborate with an experienced care team while utilizing your organization, communication, and technology skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do Interviews patients and measures vital signs (pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height). Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records. Prepares treatment rooms, cleans and sterilizes instruments. Performs routine CLIA waived laboratory tests, operates EKG and other diagnostic equipment, and collects specimens. Performs administrative tasks, assists at the front desk, schedules appointments, makes follow-up calls, and orders medical supplies. Performs other duties as assigned. What You'll Bring Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required. Associate's degree or equivalent from an accredited Medical Assistant or Nursing Assistant Program training program preferred. Work experience in health center/ doctor's office setting patient and/or long-term care. Knowledge and experience with Electronic Medical Records preferred.
