As a RCC, you will be responsible for assisting healthcare providers in administering medication to patients and monitoring their reactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medication administration and a passion for providing quality healthcare.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications to patients according to prescribed orders and protocols Monitor patients for any adverse reactions or side effects from medications Document medication administration accurately and timely in electronic medical records systems such as Epic or Cerner Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure proper medication management and patient care Assist with phlebotomy procedures as needed Provide support and assistance to patients with special needs
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience working in an acute care or medical office setting is preferred Familiarity with electronic medical records systems such as Epic or Cerner Ability to accurately phlebotomize patients is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols and procedures
