Duties Respond promptly to schduled calls, providing immediate medical attention on scene and during transport Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history collection Maintain clear documentation of patient condition, treatments administered, and transport details following medical protocols Operate emergency vehicles safely, adhering to traffic laws and driving regulations while managing heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks during patient handling Qualifications Valid EMT certification with current licensure in good standing Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and vital signs interpretation Experience with patient care in urgent care or emergency room settings is a plus Ability to perform physical examinations accurately and conduct patient assessments under pressure Excellent driving record with the ability to operate emergency vehicles safely in various conditions Capable of heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required during patient transport and scene management This role is integral to saving lives and supporting our community's health.
