Job Description
Overview Shift:
6:45am-7:15pm; includes every third weekend and two holidays per year Jump into hands-on care for adult and geriatric patients, supporting the RN and LPN with everything from daily routines to admissions and discharges. Help keep things running smoothly with vital tasks like glucose checks, EKGs, and tracking intake & output. You'll document care in the eMAR, take part in purposeful rounding, and be part of the team that's always looking to learn, educate, and improve how we do things. Qualifications Education:
Seventy-five (75) Hour Nursing Assistant Course preferredLicensure:
Certificate from an approved Nursing Assistant Course is preferredSkills/Abilities:
Ability to exercise good judgment, maintain effective interpersonal relationships and adapt to change. Ability to organize work. Must demonstrate knowledge and skills required for specialized area of assignment. Basic Life Support completion required. Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide nursing care appropriate to adult and geriatric patients.
