As a Senior Associate, on our Epic EHR team, you will work with a team of technical and project management consultant to support integrated initiatives that optimize Epic systems, driving sustainable, enterprise-wide transformation. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions that address complex digital challenges. Your role will be pivotal in aligning Epic capabilities, enhancing interoperability, streamlining workflows, and improving patient outcomes. As an Healthcare Technical Consulting Senior Associate you will:
  • Partner with a team of healthcare, technical and project management consultants to ensure the seamless integration, data migration and system performance of Epic systems
  • Leverage technical expertise in Epic modules providing support to optimize the systems functionality in workflow and technology to improve hospital operations and financial outcomes
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on Epic applications offering suggestions and participating in discussions on operational and technology improvements
  • Identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancement to improve efficiency and user satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Experience in the implementation and/or support lifecycle of Epic's Payer Platform
  • Strong understanding of payer operations, claims, eligibility, and related workflows
  • 3+ years of Epic experience providing Epic consulting in hospitals and healthcare systems
  • Ability to gather requirements, lead discussions, and translate operational needs into Epic solutions
  • Experience with system build, testing, and workflow optimization
  • Project management experience with Epic implementations
  • Willingness and ability to travel when necessary, however, at times you are required to provide high-level services remotely
  • Current permanent U.
S. Work authorization required
Preferences:
  • Undergraduate Degree (e.g., BA, BS)
  • Epic Payer Platform certification (highly preferred)
  • Additional Epic certifications (e.g., Tapestry, Benefits Engine, Claims, or other relevant modules)
  • Experience working in payer organizations or health systems with payer operations
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills The estimated base salary range for this job will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel.
