Contract / Full-Time Opportunities Available Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to join a leading healthcare system serving Evanston, Glenview, and Highland Park communities. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced healthcare professionals while providing direct patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding Monitor and record vital signs, intake and output, and patient observations Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and ambulation Collect specimens and perform basic patient care procedures within scope of practice Maintain patient rooms and ensure a clean, safe environment Support nurses and healthcare providers in delivering quality patient care Respond promptly to patient requests and report changes in patient condition Document patient care activities accurately and timely Follow infection prevention and safety protocols Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred Previous Patient Care Technician, CNA, Medical Assistant, or direct patient care experience preferred Current BLS certification preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Commitment to providing exceptional patient care Benefits Competitive Pay Multiple Shift Options Available Weekly Pay Potential Contract Extensions Opportunity to Work with a Highly Respected Healthcare System Dedicated Recruiter Support Apply today to be considered for immediate openings in Evanston, Glenview, and Highland Park, Illinois.
