Evenings What You Will Do:
Provide support treatment, care, and evaluation of patients on scene and during transport. Arrive to the scene of an emergency, determine the situation, and develop a plan of action. Use appropriate medical equipment and comprehends the severity of the injury. Monitor patient condition and performs data collection. Communicate findings and patient condition to primary Registered Nurse (RN). Assist with the mobilization, ambulation, and transport of patients.
What You Will Need:

Registration:
BLS Provider obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. One or more of the following required: Emergency Medical Tech credentialed from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Emergency Medical Tech credentialed from the Indiana Department of Homeland Security obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. One or more of the following preferred: Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Drivers License credentialed from the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles. With acceptable driving record Pediatric Advanced Life Support. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
