Job Description
As a Night Shift PCT, you'll be the steady, compassionate presence patients count on overnight. Your shift will include hands‑on support with hygiene, mobility, vital signs, documentation, and providing calm, reassuring bedside care—including for patients and families navigating vulnerable or end‑of‑life moments. Night shift PCTs are known for their focus, independence, and ability to anticipate needs before the rest of the hospital wakes up. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will make you an essential part of delivering high‑quality care every night. What You'll Do Assist with bathing, oral care, toileting, and linens Support safe mobility, repositioning, and transfers Monitor and record vital signs Document patient information accurately This role includes exposure to bodily fluids and sensitive patient situations Safely lift/move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation Requirements Basic Life Support (BLS) within six months of hire High school diploma or GED preferred Completion of required PCT classes
