This role will focus on hands-on installation, tagging, tracking, and support of RTLS-enabled equipment and assets used throughout clinical and operational environments. The ideal candidates will have experience working in technical support, hardware deployment, low-voltage device installation, IT field services, or healthcare technology environments. This is a highly hands-on, onsite position supporting hospital operations and asset tracking initiatives. Responsibilities Install, configure, and deploy RTLS hardware devices including tags, badges, readers, anchors, and related equipment throughout hospital locations Tag and inventory medical equipment, devices, and assets for real-time tracking purposes Assist with setup and testing of BLE, RFID, WiFi, or UWB-based tracking systems Perform onsite troubleshooting, maintenance, and replacement of RTLS devices and components Work closely with hospital IT, clinical engineering, and operational teams during deployments Document installations, device assignments, asset locations, and support activities Ensure proper connectivity and functionality of deployed tracking devices Support large-scale rollout activities across patient care areas, storage rooms, labs, and administrative spaces Follow hospital safety, compliance, and infection control procedures while working onsite Preferred Background Experience with hardware deployments, device installations, or field technician work Exposure to RTLS, RFID, BLE, WiFi-enabled devices, IoT devices, or asset tracking technologies is highly preferred Prior healthcare, hospital, or clinical environment experience is a plus Comfortable working in fast-paced onsite environments and walking hospital campuses throughout the day Ability to lift and move equipment as needed Strong communication and documentation skills

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
