Job Description:
Winchester Hospital is a 5x Magnet designated, Top Massachusetts recognized 226-bed regional hospital that is the leading provider of comprehensive health care services in the northwest suburban Boston area. Working under the direction of a registered nurse, this Urgent Care Tech position contributes to the Hospital's mission to care, heal and to excel in service to our community by performing procedures to provide urgent care, for the comfort and safety of patients. This clinical staff position will have an impact on the patient's experience by facilitating optimal outcomes utilizing a collaborative team approach to patient care in the urgent care setting.QUALIFICATIONS
Education/ExperienceRequired:
Certified Nursing Assistant, nursing student with completion of one medical-surgical clinical rotation or one year clinical care experience or equivalent education, one year clinical care experience, EMT or emergency room clinical experiencePreferred:
- High school diploma/equivalent strongly preferred
- Emergency patient care experience
- EKG experience
- Phlebotomy experience
Other Skills/Knowledge:
Preferred:
- Basic computer skills

Pay Range:
$19.50 - $26.24The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
