• 40 hours The Johns Hopkins Hospital Department of Emergency Services is a designated Level 1 Adult Trauma Center, regional Pediatric Trauma Center, Eye Trauma Center, Stroke Center, and Cardiac Center for the state of Maryland.

The Adult Emergency Department provides 24/7 comprehensive care to adult and geriatric patients as well as trauma patients 15 years and older. The department consists of 76 treatment beds and handles more than 60,000 visits annually. What awaits you Make it happen at Hopkins. Patient Care Tech I

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Active Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in Maryland is required. One year of clinical experience e.g., home care, outpatient, acute care (hospital preferred) technician experience during the most recent two years in a setting relevant to the unit.

BLS CPR certification required:

AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network accepted.

Salary Range:

Minimum 18.41/hour

• Maximum 27.

70/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
