Patient Care Tech - Full Time ( Day/Night rotation) The National Institutes of Health is hiring Certified Nurse Assistants/Patient Care Technicians - Workforce Safety program (BERT) (1:1 Assignments)

Employment Type:

13 week Contract Ideal candidate needs to be reliable, mature, have a passion for healthcare, must be able to pass security clearance and be able present all necessary documents required. Candidate will respond with the Code BERT (Behavioral Emergency Response Team) as needed, to patients who are experiencing an escalation in behavior requiring additional staff support Candidate will also manage patient assignments for assigned patient care unit Selected candidates will receive training on NIH's Patient Care Technician competencies and Crisis Prevention Training Requires a Certified Nursing Assistant certification Requires 2+ years of experience in an acute care in hospital setting

SCHEDULE

; is for full time (36 hrs. per week) - DAY shift 7a-730p / EVENING shift (3p-11:30pm) and NIGHT shift (11p-7:30am) with rotation to weekends and holidays as needed
