Position Summary We are seeking a Part Time Night Shift dedicated and skilled Patient Care Technician I to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide essential support to nursing staff and contribute to delivering high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. You will work closely with nurses, clinical coordinators, and nurse managers to ensure efficient and effective patient care operations.

Night Shift:

7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Every other weekend and rotating holidays required. Valid CNA license required.

Key Responsibilities:

The following statements describe the general nature and level of work performed and are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties. Assist nursing staff with direct patient care activities, including monitoring vital signs, assisting with mobility, and supporting daily living activities. Collaborate with nurses, clinical coordinators, and nurse managers to implement patient care plans and ensure continuity of care. Accurately document patient information and report any changes in patient condition to the appropriate nursing personnel. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized patient care environment in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Support clinical coordinators in coordinating patient care activities and managing workflow within the unit. Participate in training and development programs to enhance clinical skills and knowledge. Other duties as assigned. Education & Experience Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in good standing with the Maryland Board of Nursing required. Previous experience as a Patient Care Technician or similar role preferred.

Part Time Availability:

Night Shift. 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Every other weekend and rotating holidays required. All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.

Compensation Pay Range:
