We specialize in Airbnb turnovers, move-in/move-out cleanings, and post-construction cleaning throughout Metro Detroit. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in delivering clean, welcoming, guest-ready spaces and who work efficiently with attention to detail.
Typical Schedule Standard shift:
11:00 AM - 3:00/4:00 PM Occasional early starts: 9:30 AM Average shift length: 4-5 hours Typically 1 cleaning per day (occasionally 2) Scheduling is based on guest check-out and check-in times Responsibilities Clean and sanitize bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces Dust, vacuum, mop, and disinfect high-touch areas Change bed linens and towels Wash, dry, fold, and restock linens when required Restock toiletries and guest essentials Reset and stage properties for incoming guests Report damages, missing items, or maintenance concerns Communicate professionally with Lead Cleaners and management Follow company cleaning standards and checklists Ensure properties are guest-ready before completion Additional Cleaning Opportunities Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning Post-Construction Cleaning Deep Cleaning Projects Requirements Reliable transportation (required) Ability to travel throughout Metro Detroit Strong attention to detail Dependable and punctual Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Smartphone with reliable communication access Cleaning experience preferred, but training is available
Compensation & Perks Starting Pay:
$17 per hour Weekly pay Flexible scheduling based on availability Opportunity for additional hours and flat-rate projects Growth opportunities into Lead Cleaner positions Important Information This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position Work availability varies based on booking volume and business demand Contractors are expected to provide reliable, consistent, high-quality work Training may be provided depending on experience level
