We are locally owned and operated with a strong culture and work ethic. We are currently seeking a Missouri licensed applicator for our Plant Health Care program. Applicants must have at least 1 year of turf and tree & shrub application experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

Current Missouri Commercial Applicator or Technician's License, preferable Category 3 Valid Class E driver license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record Ability to evaluate, monitor, and treat for insects and plant disease Ability to operate, calibrate, and maintain PHC equipment Ability to operate commercial trucks with trailers Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail Work well under pressure; ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced, multi-tasking work environment Excellent tree and shrub identification and diagnostic abilities Ability to repeatedly lift 75 pounds Ability to work in extreme weather temperatures Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations

Essential Job Duties:

Safely and effectively apply products according to appropriate schedule Safely operate company vehicles and equipment Effectively interact with customers and coworkers to ensure exceptional service Complete lawn and plant analysis and make recommendations Aeration and overseed of turf

Compensation:
