Patient Care Technician

```Duties```:

• Assist patients with activities of dressing/undressing for surgery/procedures. Assist to restroom, if necessary.
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate
• Collect specimens for laboratory testing and perform basic laboratory procedures.
• Escorts patients from facility to car for discharge home.
• Assist with patient mobility and transfers.
• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.

```Requirements```:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a certified nursing assistant (CNA) or patient care technician (PCT) program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Prior experience as a patient care technician or nursing assistant is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
