Position Summary:

As an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) with Able, you will play a vital role in patient care and transportation. You will be responsible for providing pre-hospital medical care, safe transport, and excellent customer service to our patients. This role requires a compassionate, detail-oriented individual with a strong commitment to healthcare excellence.

Responsibilities:

Provide emergency and non-emergency transportation for patients in a safe and timely manner Administer basic life support (BLS) procedures, such as CPR and first aid, as needed Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and healthcare providers to ensure a smooth, respectful experience Utilize airway management techniques and apply physiology knowledge to ensure proper patient care. Collaborate with healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment, such as Level I and Level II Trauma Centers. Demonstrate proficiency in driving, heavy lifting, and responding to urgent care and ER situations. Uphold EMT and CPR certifications while delivering high-quality medical assistance. Provide emergency medical care to patients in various settings, including administering basic life support and critical care transport.

Qualifications:

Current EMT certification and CPR certification (BLS) High school diploma or GED; further education or experience in a medical setting is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach

Schedule:
