DaVita is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our team and support patients with end-stage renal disease in our outpatient dialysis clinics. As a PCT, you will be at the heart of patient care. Working under the guidance of our registered nurses, you'll provide direct, hands-on support during life-sustaining dialysis treatments, building strong relationships with patients and becoming a vital part of their ongoing care journey.

Accurately record vital signs and essential patient data.

Empower Through Education:

Help patients understand their treatments and how to maintain their kidney health.

Team Collaboration:

Work seamlessly with a supportive care team, including nurses, dietitians, and social workers. Requirements Accredited High School diploma, general education development (GED) credential, or equivalent. Comfort working in a clinical setting around blood, needles, and medical equipment. Physical ability to remain active and on your feet during long shifts. Willingness to float between local clinics to support the wider community, if needed. Flexibility to work various schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred but not required:
