We are currently seeking compassionate and driven Patient Care Technicians to join our tight-knit team in the Flint area. As a PCT, you will provide life-saving care to our patients while enjoying a schedule that gives you more days off to balance your life.

Schedule & Location Details:

Workweek:

3 days a week, 12-14 hour shifts.

Schedule:

Monday•Saturday with rotating Saturdays. You will always have Sundays off!

Shift Times:

Shifts generally start bright and early between 3:00 AM•3:30 AM.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Direct Patient Care:

Receive patients into the treatment area; weigh patients, take temperature and blood pressure pre•and post-dialysis.

Monitoring & Safety:

Perform and record vital signs and monitor patients continuously throughout their treatment to ensure their safety and comfort.

Equipment Setup:

Prepare, set up, and safely operate the dialysis machines and related equipment.

Teamwork:

Work closely with Registered Nurses (RNs), Dietitians, and Social Workers to deliver high-quality, individualized care.

Relationship Building:

Develop strong, caring relationships with patients who visit our clinic multiple times a week.
