Performs a variety of clinical tasks in support of patient care in the out-patient setting including a variety of technical, procedural and information systems tasks involving patient care functions affecting the comfort, care and safety of patients.
Salary Range:
$19.06 -$25.72 an hour The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. Job Requirements Education:
High School diploma or equivalent of 1 year experience in customer focused service setting. Experience (minimum required) At least 6 months of health care experience providing direct patient care and interaction with patients required.
License/Certification Required:
American Heart Association BLS CPR Certification or acquire within 6 months after hire.
Skills:
(to include equipment, software, etc.): Ability to work collaboratively and courteously with others. Must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills with providers, staff, and patients. Must have well developed verbal and written communication skills. Must demonstrate exceptional care and concern for the patient. Must be attuned to the needs of a diverse population of patients.
