Maintenance Health & Safety Technician

Four Winds Saratoga is seeking applicants for an immediate opening as a full time Maintenance Health & Safety Technician with a specialty in Painting. The position provides general maintenance work and snow removal, safety and security coverage for the facility. Knowledge of paints, stains, solvents, sheet rocking and taping required. Successful applicant must be adept in the use of all painting tools and equipment, drywall repair and patching. The position includes on-call responsibilities during inclement weather, extensive walking, climbing ladders, maneuvering and working in confined areas. Must be able to lift and carry 80 lbs. A valid NYS driver's license is required. The schedule is 37.5hrs/week, Monday through Friday 10am-6pm with occasional weekend coverage as needed. The pay range is $22.00/hr
