Our client is seeking a Plant Health Care (PHC) Technician to support their expanding portfolio of luxury properties. The primary objective of this role is to accurately diagnose plant health issues, apply precise treatments, and provide outstanding communication to clients and estate staff. This position is designed for an experienced professional ready to advance, offering a clear growth path into a Lead PHC Technician role with future leadership, scheduling, and oversight responsibilities. They utilize science-based diagnostics and tailored treatments to protect and enhance luxury residential landscapes with industry-leading precision and professionalism. Responsibilities Diagnose and treat health issues affecting trees, shrubs, and turf, including insects, diseases, and abiotic stress. Apply fertilizers, pesticides, biologicals, and other specialized treatments accurately and safely. Operate, manage, and maintain spray rigs, trucks, and all application equipment to the highest standards. Prepare and maintain detailed, DEC-compliant reports for all daily activities. Engage professionally with homeowners, estate managers, and property staff to build trust through dependable service. Identify plant health issues early and make proactive recommendations to protect the landscape. Take ownership of your route and outcomes, working independently while communicating effectively with the team. Requirements Possession of a valid
