Employee Health Summer Hire - Employee Health - Full Time

Job Summary:

To assist the Employee Health Office by performing a variety of Project based work within the Guthrie Employee Health function.

Education:

Summer student employees must be enrolled in or registered at an accredited college or university, or entering college in the upcoming fall term.

Experience:

Previous clerical experience preferred. Microsoft Office software proficient required. Must possess excellent communication skills and customer service skills. Demonstrates behaviors and actions that are consistent with Guthrie Values and the ability to maintain confidentiality Follows hospital and department specific safety policies/procedures and emergency plans. Identifies actual or potential safety hazards and utilizes appropriate reporting mechanisms.

Essential Functions:

Assists in analysis and project development for evaluation of regulatory compliance. Assist in the Employee Health file maintenance projects.

Quality/Excellence:

Demonstrates personal responsibility in delivering service excellence. Participates in efforts that lead to improved processes, products, and/or services.
