Job Description
Who We Are Kansas City's premier third party mortuary company, specializing in the handling of the loved ones deceased, from place of passing to corresponding mortuary or medical examiner. Who You Are Self-motivated, highly organized and detail oriented, able to work independently as well as with others, able to compassionately communicate with families on their worst day. The highest level of ethics, integrity and professional appearance are a must. Due to the sensitive nature of our profession, a suit and tie, or business wear equivalent, is worn at all times. What You Will Do Perform transfers of deceased from place of passing (i.e. accident scenes, nursing homes, hospitals and residences.) As this is a very 'hands on' vocation, it demands a high level of physical fitness and mental fortitude . Must be able to lift at least 100 lbs on your own . This is an 'on call' position, meaning you take possession of company vehicle during your shift and are dispatched from the comfort of your own home. Compensation is highly competitive, providing our employees the flexibility and resources to flourish. Must live in the KC Metro area. Company vehicle and all equipment provided while on call. Disclosure You are dispatched alongside law enforcement, thus extensive background checks are performed on all prospects during the interview process.
