Key Responsibilities Assist with patient preparation, mobility, repositioning, transfers, ambulation, and comfort measures to support smooth care and recovery Provide basic, non-medicated patient care per competency and hospital policy (may include skin protection, supportive devices, and dressing-related support) Support infection prevention by maintaining clean, organized patient rooms and common areas Ensure patient areas are well-stocked; assist with supply replenishment, equipment checks, and environmental logs Communicate professionally with patients, families, nurses, and care team members; promptly escalate safety, quality, or patient condition concerns Support a positive patient experience through respectful service and attention to detail Document care activities accurately in the EMR as assigned

Qualifications:
