Patient Care Technician (OOJ - 44767) 25-32 / US Dollars / Hourly NPAworldwide Recruitment Network update Last updated: Apr/16/2026 Job Description We are seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support bedside care alongside the nursing team and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for patients and families. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, patient-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical setting. Key Responsibilities Assist with patient preparation, mobility, repositioning, transfers, ambulation, and comfort measures to support smooth care and recovery Provide basic, non-medicated patient care per competency and hospital policy (may include skin protection, supportive devices, and dressing-related support) Support infection prevention by maintaining clean, organized patient rooms and common areas Ensure patient areas are well-stocked; assist with supply replenishment, equipment checks, and environmental logs Communicate professionally with patients, families, nurses, and care team members; promptly escalate safety, quality, or patient condition concerns Support a positive patient experience through respectful service and attention to detail Document care activities accurately in the EMR as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; Experience in a hospital, acute care, or urgent care setting preferred MediClear Certification (or equivalent HIPAA training) required. Why is This a
