Compensation Considerations:

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (7.5 hours/ day; starting at 7:30am) Friday (6.5hours/ day; starting at 7:30am) Saturday (3hours/ day; starting at 1pm-4pm Base pay: $16.45 - $17.15 Our comprehensive total rewards support you, your family, and your future with Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401K + 5% company match Tuition assistance up to $5k per year Free basic life and AD&D insurance Free short-and-long-term disability insurance Paid time off Employee Resource Groups Recognition and perks As a Hospital Distribution Technician you'll get to: Receive, prepare, and ship routing, ASAP and STAT orders of blood and blood products, conducting a visual inspection of each product prior to shipment to ensure order accuracy. Professionally and safely deliver products to Vitalant customers in company vehicle. Communicate with customers regarding order fulfilment, turnaround times, and product availability. Maintain accurate hospital service records for transactions and process fees. Monitor all storage requirements, service equipment and vehicle work areas. High School diploma or GED required Valid in-state driver's license Six months of customer service experience required Prior healthcare industry experience preferred Able to lift 40lbs
