- Spanish) We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Therapy Technician to join our team.
In this entry-level role, you will play a vital part in guiding families through the admissions process and ensuring they receive the support and information they need. As a bilingual (Spanish) professional, you will serve as a key point of contact for Spanish-speaking families, providing clear communication and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Support families throughout the admissions process with professionalism and empathy. Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English to answer questions and provide accurate information. Manage and maintain admissions documentation and records with attention to detail. Utilize computer systems to process applications and track data efficiently. Coordinate and schedule appointments as needed. Travel to various locations throughout the Fort Worth area as required; must maintain reliable transportation and active auto insurance. Contribute to a positive, teamoriented environment with opportunities for professional growth. Assist therapists with evaluations as needed
Qualifications:
Fluent in Spanish and English (required) Medical Assistant background or equivalent experience in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail Proficient in medical office software and electronic health records (EHR)
