Opportunity:

We are currently in the marketing and onboarding phase of our business and are looking to build a team of dedicated PCAs who are interested in future employment opportunities. Once we begin accepting clients, you will be among the first to be contacted for work assignments based on your availability, location, and skill set. Responsibilities (once hired): Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting) Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship Support clients with mobility and transfers Follow care plans and report changes in clients' conditions Maintain client dignity, respect, and confidentiality

Qualifications:

Reliable transportation Strong communication and compassion for seniors and individuals with disabilities Prior home care experience preferred
