About the
Program:
The Supported Living Program (SL) provides community living services for adults with a wide range of disabilities and mental health challenges. The SL program promotes self-determination, independence, and competence for clients.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Read, understand and enter medication prescriptions into the computer with organization tracking Provide quality assurance assistance with medication identification in accordance with the Medical Providers order Review and enter accurate information and changes to the Medical Administration Record Provide education and partnership to adjacent teams and clients Assist clients to and from medical appointments Administer medications to clients Ensures compliance to the DDA policies and procedures, Washington Administrative Code and company policies and procedures
Schedule:
Full Time:
Sunday 8a-2p, Monday 8a-4p, Wednesday 8a-8p, Thursday 2p-8p, Friday 8a-4p
Compensation:
$20.77 - $22.03 per hour Wages are determined by applicable industry experience, education, and certifications/licensure.
Requirements:
Education:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience:
1
Year Preferred Licensure/Certification:
Obtain CPR/ First Aid Certification, Driver's License, NAC Nurse Delegation within 90 days of hire. Attend training required by applicable laws.
Other Considerations:
WA State Driver's License and eligibility to drive company vehicle, knowledge of Microsoft Office Software; preferred.
