Job Description Ho-Chunk Gaming Wisconsin Dells is looking for full time Emergency Medical Technicians. Our facility consists of a gaming floor floor that contains slot machines, table games, bars and a grill area. EMTs are responsible for providing our customers excellent guest service, overall EMS coverage of the property through immediate response, assess and adequately provide EMS services; provide CPR, First Aid, and blood borne pathogens training; requesting and accepting identification from all guests to ensure compliance with the legal age for gaming and more. Pay Starting pay for our Emergency Medical Technician position is $20.55 per hour Benefits Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401k with employer matching Annual performance review with up to 4% increase Paid time off Paid holiday time (13) Employee Assistance Program Professional training Uniforms and equipment supplied Work Schedule We are looking for full-time (40 hours per week) candidates, with opportunities for overtime. EMT Duties EMT duties include but are not limited to the following: Ensure compliance with all Ho-Chunk Nation regulatory laws, policies, standard operating procedures, and state, local, federal laws, as they pertain to the position. Promote positive guest and employee relations. Provide medical care, as needed, up to the level or training provided. Appropriately assess and provide emergency medical services and care to guests and employees to the level of care, based on medical protocols authorized by the Ho-Chunk Nation. Document incidents by writing clear and concise reports. Assist is Security duties Protecting evidence and scenes in the event of incident, accident, emergency, or investigation. Must complete departmental trainings annually for this position. Perform daily preventative maintenance on EMS equipment Education Minimum
- High School Diploma or equivalent, valid/current State of Wisconsin Emergency Medical Technician License, current Healthcare Professional level CPR certification Work Experience Minimum
